HKM gave greenlight for you record in 1 of the classrooms (A/C on in between takes?), and just like know the dates, maybe 2 days notice if can?

Kelli and Keanu was down to either give tips on just using your phone if preferred, or a mic that plugs in to the phone, or even a simpler rig where your zoom (I think you get now yeah? we get if not) can be used to connect to our best mics (2outputs total so could be voice and guitar). but yeah simplest is just phone like Sierra said you were planning. So up to you, or could try both for 1 song each, and compare then decide if worth it? Also maybe one day we can run a camera, though again phone camera often not that huge a difference if its a good phone and used well, and way less hassle w/ post production. Still weʻd love to do at least couple songs one day when common time allows? And maybe sharing a little backstory of each song? 

No rush on our end. For us, we have 3 major grants due today , 13th and 15th. then Kauai/Maui 17-19th for PFC film shoots (besides Grateful Deadʻs drummer and Doobie brothers guy, Carlos Santana might be in - mean!), another shoot w/ them on 20th. So sometime after that would be best for us kokua (but not 24th/25th), but if doing just phone at HKM on own, that can happen prior if best for you, and in that scenario maybe Kelli or Keanu can at least come fasskine check in how you going about the phone recordings?
